As you know, Windows 8 defaults to hiding many of those administrative applications, this tip shows you how to access "Administrative Tools" quickly in Windows 8.
1. Press the keyboard shortcut [Windows Key]+C, or you can move your cursor all the way down to the bottom right corner. Once you get to the Charms menu, click the Search button.
2. Type "Administrative Tools" in the search box. As you are typing, Windows will show you the applications and tools that matches what you typed.
3. Click "Administrative Tools".
