Internet Information Services (IIS) is a hosting service provided by Microsoft with the company's server operating systems. Follow the steps below to check which version of IIS is installed in your computer.
- Click the Windows "Start" button,
- Click/find "Administrative Tasks."
- Double-click "Internet Information Services." This opens the management console.
- Click the "Help" menu at the top of the window.
- Select "About Internet Information Services." This opens a window that shows the version of IIS you are running.
