How to output XML as a string from an XmlTextReader?

The following C# code shows you how to output XML as a string from an XmlTextReader by calling the ReadInnerXml and ReadOuterXml methods.

XmlReaderSettings settings = new XmlReaderSettings();
settings.IgnoreWhitespace = true;
